Tessa Is 3!

  

I am a little late posting but Tessa turned 3 on October 7!

All she wanted for her birthday was an orange cake!  

             

She had a great day and was so excited for her "birfday!" 

She loves parties and was sooo excited to have her very own party!

 I can't believe my little girl is 3!

We came home from our ward party and she started to tear up and said, 

"but I didn't even get to dance at the party." 

And we even went to Boo at the Zoo...

2011 SUMMER REVIEW

Our summer has been a crazy one... I can't believe it is almost over!  For most of the summer we have been catering and mowing lawn, catering and mowing lawn, and then catering and mowing lawn some more. .. You get the picture!  We have managed to have a little fun amidst all the work.  

We were able to go to Lake Powell in June with Brad & Sara... We had a GREAT time! 

Tessa LOVED it!

 Tessa LOVES to Dress Up and she LOVES her BIG sunglasses!

Tessa had her 2nd set of stitches already... 2 yrs old and 2 stitches!!! 

She fits right in with all of us accident prone Merrill's!

We had a catering job in Driggs for the Glenn Beck 4th of July Celebration.  

It was the busiest day we have EVER had!  We couldn't have moved faster if we tried!  

We got home at 3:00 AM and then had to be set up for Menan by 7:00 pm the next night.

It was absolute CRAZINESS!

It was my first time to see the hot air balloons!

.....  We have played with cousins ....

One day Tessa was yelling for me, when I finally came this is where I found her!

We have grown some pretty amazing dahlia's.  I LOVE THEM!!!

And I can't believe it already time for the Eastern Idaho State Fair.... Come Visit Us!!!

Negative Ghost Rider

Now that it is February I will post about Christmas... It was fun.  Tessa had a blast on her new trampoline that we set up in the patio room.   She also received a vacuum from my brother.  She was determined to clean everything at Grandma's house... too bad it really doesn't work!

Well since Christmas things have been crazy around our house. The day after Christmas Tessa started with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.  I tried to wait it out but no such luck... She had IV's for New Years. Just after New Years I got Torticolis in my neck.  I had headaches and couldn't turn my head for 5 days.

A week after that Chris spiked a fever of 104 for 4 days and had severe headaches and bodyaches.  We thought he had influenza. Negative Ghost Rider.   The next week he got a rash from head to toe.  We don't know what from.  The end of that week Tessa spiked another fever of 102.  We thought she had influenza.  Negative Ghost Rider.  We thought she had strep. Negative Ghost Rider.  So we waited a week. The fever didn't go away so we started antibiotics.  She just finished the antibiotics on Sunday.  I liked her Monday and Tuesday because finally she acted like herself again and then..... Wednesday night she spiked yet another fever of 101.  I thought she had a bladder infection.  We took a sample in.  Negative Ghost Rider.  She did, however, have swollen tonsils with pus.  We thought she had strep.  Negative Ghost Rider.  So she is starting antibiotics once again hopefully killing whatever bug is invading her.  I just hope and pray that one of these days we can all be healthy, happy and able to sleep again!   Signing off till next time.
